Hey there Vladimir,

Excellent question, and for the purposes of most work roles within the software, it is ever-present.

As an example: if you look at the interfaces for Monday, Asana, and Jira, they're all about the same, because they're all basically designed to fulfill the same critical tasks in terms of jobs-to-be-done.

Users expect it to walk, talk, and act like an admin-style dashboard, so they're designed like admin-style dashboards.

Now that being said, there is ALWAYS room for differentiation within the pattern(s), and that's where UI design really has the chance to shine.

Even small changes that are garnered from UX research can have a large impact on the overall market penetration and efficacy of product, especially enterprise-level ones.

Thank you so much for the great question! I definitely hope that answers it, but if not please feel free to let me know, and I will do my best to address it further ASAP!
