This industry is absolutely RIFE with perfectionism coupled with unrealistic expectations (UI/UX designers who are also supposed to be marketers, project managers, product designers, JS/React/Vue/Svelte/Swift/Kotlin/etc. developers, you name it), and overall miscommunication between team members, leadership, and stakeholders, especially at scale.
