Interestingly enough, they actually do, but even though they technically pass AAA, if you even have a shred of doubt in your mind, bump the contrast by making your text darker, or your background brighter.

Good design is accessible design, and you will almost never get dinged for making buttons more accessible. 💯

Edit: also worth considering, ACPA on the gradient background runs between 42 and 73, which again is technically passing, but opting for closer to 75 throughout would honestly be better in that respect.
