What are lead behaviors?
Essentially, lead behaviors are everything that you do that you have direct control over that are done in an attempt to achieve a desired result.
This could be anything from making phone-calls, sending faxes, completing job applications, the point is that it is an active metric that
you actively control.
Why lead behaviors are crucial
As people, we have a tendency to rationalize action by looking at results. The trouble of course with this is that there is almost always a noticeable, and tenable lag between when you take the initial action, and when you begin to see said results.
