That's a great question, and the answer is yes.

You'll want to save your amorphous shadows and background as a single SVG file, and then use the background-image property to load them into the background of your site.

You can also scale it up using background-size, you'll probably want about 110%-120% to make it happen, which will allow your amorphous shadows to bleed out of the device frame.
